C.-A. Palma is associate professor of physics at the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and head of the AtomLab at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Prior to joining the Institute of Physics in 2017, he worked at the TU Munich, the Max-Planck Institute for Polymer Research, ETH Zurich, University College London and the University of Strasbourg, where he completed his MSc and PhD in 2010. He's the recipient of >15 grants and awards, including the Thousand Youth Talents, the CAS Frontier Research and the Sino-German NSFC grant. His current focus is on superconductivity and topological phononics of monolayer molecular devices.
